Warranty Terms

1. Warranty Claim Procedure

If the claimed product is in warranty as attachment stated, customer need to provide the full 4 documents required (attachment stated) to Senbe, then Senbe will check and sign back the analysis report with preliminary solution."

Customer will need to send back required quantity of defective product for inspection.

Senbe will finish the inspection and confirm a final warranty solution within 7 working days upon receiving the defective product.

Senbe fulfill the solution within the stipulated time.


2. Warranty Way

For any product satisfied with the aboved warranty terms, Senbe will, at its own discretion, repair or replace the product or the defective part thereof.

If Senbe chooses to replace the product but unable to do so because it has been improved, discontinued or not available, Senbe will replace it with a comparable product based on negotiation with customer. Senbe reserves the right to use new, reconditioned or repaired products or parts for any repair or replacement. Please note that the replacement products may differ from the original product due to technical improvement especially in color and brightness."


3. About Freight

The shipping charge for the returned product will be prepaid (at the cost of the purchaser). After inspection, if the returned product proved to be within warranty terms, Senbe will reimburse the shipping charge and deduct it from futuer orders;"

Senbe will bear the shipping charge of replacement or repaired product sent to customer, and select the shipping way.


4. About Refund

            This warranty claim do not provide any refund, but if customer refuse to replace or repair, then he may, at its own discretion, require to deduct the original price of defective product or part from future orders.

                        a.  Parts only warranty for manufacturer defects in the material and workmanship.

b.  Product which is manufactured or supplied by Senbe, and the damages do affect the function of the product;

b.  Waterproof problems that caused by factory pre-installed injection connectors or pre-installed DIY connectors.
                        a.  Waterproof problems caused by on-site installed DIY connectors;

b.  Waterproof problems caused by factory pre-installed injection connectors or DIY connectors, but the connector shows damaged or/and the waterproof interrupter shows removal or damaged;

c.  Third party products which are not manufactured or supplied by Senbe, like external power supplies, controllers, etc;

d.  The damage of products which are manufactured or supplied by Senbe, is caused by products which are not manufactured or supplied by Senbe;

e.  Other Factors that do not affect the function of the product, like natural appearance variations due to dust or fouling or abrasions;

f.  Damages caused by normal wear and tear;

g.  Damages caused during shipping, including original shipping and returning shipping (Senbe will be available to assist if proving forward service);

h.   Removal or re-installation charge, including but without limitation, any labor costs or expense;

i.   Maintenance, cleaning or regular check-up;

j.  Force majeure.
                        3                        Waterproof                        The product is properly handled, stocked, operated, bended, wired and installed according to Senbe latest instructions, manual, or standards.

(Pay special attention to voltage, bending and working environment)
                        a.  Damages caused by improper storage, incorrect bending, wiring, installation, or operation, etc, which are not in accordance with Senbe latest instruction, manual or standards.

b.  Damages caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, modification dissections and deliberate damage.

Operation
                        The product is properly handled, stocked, operated, bended, wired and installed according to Senbe latest instructions, manual, or standards.

(Pay special attention to voltage, bending and working environment)
                        a.  Damages caused by improper storage, incorrect bending, wiring, installation, or operation, etc, which are not in accordance with Senbe latest instruction, manual or standards.

b.  Damages caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, modification dissections and deliberate damage.
                        5                        Documents
Required
                        a.  Original PO, PI or invoice;

b.  Evidence of the date that original purchaser received the goods;

c.  Filled Warranty Claim Analysis Report;

d.  Pictures/videos for the defective products (including working environment), and any other supporting documentation for the claim;
                        Unable to provide any of the 4 required documents, or any of the documents is resonably believed to beforged or tampered with.
